Track Your Order

How to Track a Physical Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website:

  • UK orders: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Hermes
  • International orders: DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail International, USPS (for US)
  • Nigerian orders: DHL Express, Aramex

Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@gidi-ventures.com.

Order Status Guide

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed Your order has been received and payment confirmed.
Processing Your order is being prepared for dispatch.
Dispatched Your order has been shipped. Tracking email sent.
In Transit Your parcel is on its way to your address.
Out for Delivery Your parcel is with the carrier for final delivery today.
Delivered Your parcel has been delivered.

Affiliate / Partner Store Orders

If you purchased through a 'Shop at Partner Store' button, your order was placed directly with our partner retailer (e.g., Blue Nile, James Allen, etc.). To track those orders, log in to your account on the partner store's website or use the tracking information provided by them at checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. After payment, your download link is delivered instantly to your email. No tracking number is issued. If you did not receive your download link, check your spam folder or contact hello@gidi-ventures.com.

Order Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at hello@gidi-ventures.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Your tracking number (if available)

We will investigate and provide an update within 1–2 business days.
