Product Sourcing & Fulfillment Policy

GIDI Ventures is committed to transparent, responsible product sourcing. This page explains how we source products, who fulfils your orders, and our standards for every item we list.

How We Source Products

Products on GIDI Ventures come from four routes:

  1. Direct inventory — Products we own and ship ourselves, or through a fulfilment partner on our behalf.
  2. Dropship suppliers — Products shipped directly from vetted third-party suppliers to your address. We verify supplier quality, shipping timelines, and product accuracy before listing.
  3. Affiliate partner stores — Some products are listed as discovery and referral links. When you click 'Shop at Partner Store', you are redirected to a vetted retailer's website to complete your purchase. GIDI Ventures earns a commission on qualifying sales. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
  4. Digital products — Products created by GIDI Ventures or licensed partners, delivered instantly as digital downloads. No physical fulfillment.

Our Sourcing Standards

Before any product is listed, we verify:

  • Product title accuracy (no misleading claims)
  • Material, stone type, and specification accuracy
  • Brand authorization status — we do not list named branded products without reseller authorization or affiliate approval
  • Compliance with FTC guidelines (no false claims, no misleading endorsements)
  • Supplier reliability and shipping capability
  • Return and warranty policy

Branded Products Policy

GIDI Ventures does not sell named branded products (e.g., Apple, Sony, Bose, Nike, Theragun) unless we are an authorized reseller or have an approved affiliate arrangement. Unauthorized branded products are removed from sale immediately upon discovery.
