Fulfillment Types
Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled by:
- GIDI Ventures directly — UK-based fulfillment
- Third-party dropship supplier — ships directly to you from our verified supplier (may have different tracking)
- Affiliate partner store — you complete the purchase on the partner's site; they handle fulfillment and shipping directly
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Some products include free shipping — this is noted on the product page.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office.
We cannot predict or control customs processing times, which may add delays to international deliveries.
Precious Metals Shipping
Gold and silver bullion products require special shipping, insurance, and import documentation. Please contact hello@gidi-ventures.com before ordering any bullion product to confirm availability and shipping arrangements for your location.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered globally with no shipping cost or delay. Download links are sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact hello@gidi-ventures.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update within 1–2 business days.
