Physical Products

Return Window: 30 days from date of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
Process: Email info@gidi-ventures.com with your order number and reason for return
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital guides and toolkits are final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same product if you received a defective or wrong item. For exchanges to a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
