Digital Products & Downloads Policy

What Are Digital Products?

Digital products sold by GIDI Ventures are downloadable files delivered electronically after purchase. These include PDF guides, templates, checklists, planners, workbooks, and other printable or digital-use resources. No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.

Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital product via email within minutes. The email will contain a secure download link. If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@gidi-ventures.com.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered. We cannot verify whether a file has been downloaded, copied, or used after delivery.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

You did not receive the download email or link (technical delivery failure)
The file is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from the product description
You were charged twice for the same product

To request a refund, contact support@gidi-ventures.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Usage Rights

All digital products are licensed for personal and internal business use only. You may print unlimited copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim authorship of any digital product purchased from GIDI Ventures.

File Formats

Most digital products are delivered in PDF format, viewable on any device with a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, web browsers, mobile devices). Some products may include editable templates in additional formats such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Canva — this will be stated in the product description.
