How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets through our secure Shopify checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at hello@gidi-ventures.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make changes. Once dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK, USA, Nigeria, and select international destinations. See our Global Shipping Information page for full details.

How long does delivery take?

UK standard delivery: 3–7 business days. International: 7–21 business days. Digital products: instant access after payment. Timelines are shown on each product page.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Track Your Order page. You will also receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. See our Return Policy. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded — see our Digital Product Policy.

Products

Are your diamonds real?

Yes — where diamonds are listed, they are lab-grown diamonds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our product titles always specify 'Lab Diamond', 'Lab-Grown Diamond', or 'Moissanite'. See our Gold Types Explained guide.

What does 'gold-plated' mean vs. 'solid gold'?

Gold-plated items have a base metal with a thin layer of gold applied to the surface. Solid gold items are made entirely of gold alloy. Our product titles always specify which type you are purchasing.

Some products say 'Shop at Partner Store'. What does that mean?

After payment, you will receive an email with your download link instantly. If not received within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact hello@gidi-ventures.com.
