Digital Product Policy

Applies to all digital downloads, eBooks, templates, planners, and guides sold on gidi-ventures.com.

Instant Delivery

All digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. You will receive a download link by email to the address you used at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 5 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered immediately and cannot be 'returned' — all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions will be considered only if:

  • The file was corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • The product received was materially different from what was described

To request an exception, email hello@gidi-ventures.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Usage Rights

All digital products sold by GIDI Ventures are for personal use only unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
  • Upload the content to any other platform
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the content
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission

File Types

Our digital products are typically delivered in one or more of the following formats:

  • PDF (most guides, checklists, planners)
  • Google Sheets / Excel (.xlsx) for trackers and spreadsheets
  • Notion templates (delivered as a Notion link)
  • Canva templates (delivered as a Canva link)

File type and format are clearly stated in each product listing. Please ensure you have the appropriate software to open your file before purchasing.

Preview Before You Buy

Where possible, we include preview images or sample pages in each product listing. We encourage you to review these carefully before purchasing, as refunds are not available once a digital product is downloaded or accessed.

Technical Support

If you experience a technical issue with your download or file, email hello@gidi-ventures.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 1–2 business days.
