Our Commitment

We want you to love every piece you receive from GIDI Fine Jewelry. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Free of scratches, sizing alterations, or signs of use
  • In original packaging with any certificates or documentation included

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been resized or altered after delivery
  • Items marked as Final Sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@gidi-ventures.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked, insured service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or item of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gidi-ventures.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
